You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (klarklub e.U., Bienerstraße 78, 6240 Rattenberg, team@klarklub.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately transmit to you (e.g., by email) an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal. Additionally, products purchased from klarklub for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal must be in the same condition in which you received them, and a receipt or equivalent proof of purchase is also required. ​

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. ​

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. ​ You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note that certain products are excluded from return. These include perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), personalized items and custom-made products, as well as hygiene and personal care products. For safety reasons, we are also unable to accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. ​

If you have questions regarding a specific product, please feel free to contact us. Unfortunately, returns of sale items or gift cards are not possible.

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
