CANCELLATION POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (klarklub e.U., Bienerstraße 78, 6240 Rattenberg, team@klarklub.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal. In addition, products purchased from klarklub for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal must be in the same condition as when you received them, and a proof of purchase or equivalent evidence is required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can clarify and resolve the issue.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
